Personal Information Protection and Payment Policy

Your Privacy is very important to us. 

All information is kept confidential. Keys are securely stored as required by the commercial liability insurance policy.

Scheduling and Consultation

An initial meeting in your home is required before your departure. All necessary information is documented, a walk- through of the home and yard is completed, the keys are obtained, and a service agreement is established.

Payment Policy

Cash, Credit Cards, and Interac e-transfers are accepted.

Payment is due upon receiving an invoice for services completed.

Monthly contracts will be billed at the end of each month.

Record Retention

A check list of each site visit will be provided at the completion of the contract or will be emailed upon request.

Contact information while away is required in the event of an incident that would require owner approval or input.
